Based in Sydney’s Northern Beaches, our boutique studio crafts custom biscuits, fondant cakes, and detailed treats that serve as unforgettable centerpieces. Handcrafted in small batches with premium ingredients and meticulous design, our bakes taste as incredible as they look.
The name "Fina Pepa" is a nod to the classic Argentine quince filled biscuit, the pepa, combined with fina, meaning refined. It represents our core philosophy: taking beloved, traditional treats and elevating them into elegant, artisan designs.

Fina Pepa Bakes
Please note that I operate in a kitchen that handles common allergens and I am unable to accommodate strict allergen-free requests.
Securing Your Order: An inquiry or quote does not secure your booking. Your order is only confirmed, and your date secured, once your payment is successfully completed.
Pick-up: Orders can be collected from my studio in the Northern Beaches, or delivery arranged prior to completing payment. The exact address and pick-up instructions will be provided upon payment confirmation.
Design: You are welcome to send inspiration photos! Please note that while I use them as a guide, I will always apply the signature Fina Pepa Bakes style rather than copying another artist's work exactly. Additionally, specific colours or materials may vary slightly depending on availability.
Minimum Notice: All custom orders require a minimum of 3 weeks' notice.
Last-Minute Orders: If you need an order with less than 3 weeks' notice, please let me know. If my schedule allows me to accommodate your request, please note that a $60 rush fee will be applied to cover the costs of special materials and express shipping.
Availability: My calendar fills up quickly, and taking an inquiry does not guarantee your date. Dates are secured on a first-come, first-served basis, and upon completion of payment.
